(fermi per strada, traino con carro attrezzi) a 130.000km circa altro iniettore (fermi in autostrada, traino con carro attrezzi) nessun altro difetto meccanico e ad oggi ha 190.000Km. Difetti: rumorosità cruscotto, si avvertono alcune vibrazioni all'interno difficili da localizzare; avviamento a freddo a volte difficoltoso. beppe600 2 Posted December 17, 2010 Share Posted December 17, 2010 Allora, inserisco una precisazione fatta da LONZA70 affinchè rimanga in evidenza sui codici iniettori: CITAZIONE(lonza70 @ 19 Nov 2010, 13:30) * allora, facciamo un pò di chiarezza wink.gif i motori 1900 TDI iniettore pompa sono sempre stati con iniettore di tipo meccanico BOSCH dove l'apertura dell'ugello di iniezione era aperta con un ciclo ben preciso dal gomito dell'albero a camme, e questi iniettori NON hanno nessun problema se non quello della normale usura. Dopo poco è stato messo in commercio il motore 2000 TDI da 140cv e 170 cv inizialmente iniettore pompa alcuni ( pochi esemplari ) con iniettori meccanici e molti con iniettore di tipo piezoelettrico SIEMENS ( che è quello che crea problemi come da post ), i MOTORI DA 140 e170 cv common rail MONTANO TUTTI gli iniettori piezoelettrici, alcuni di marca BOSCH ed alcuni di marca SIEMENS. Quindi almeno che non si abbia un motore 1900 TDI , tutte le altre motorizzazioni sia iniettore pompa che common rail montano iniettori piezoelettrici, gli unici però difettosi sono quelli di marca SIEMENS. Il codice degli iniettori difettosi di casa SIEMENS sono: Codice 03G130073M per motore 170CV , CODICE 03G130073D per motore 140CV inoltre alcuni con codice 03G130073DX e codice 03G130073MX . Premesso ciò è inutile correre al riparo cambiando vettura con un altra sempre del gruppo VW, AUDI, SEAT o SKODA, quello che bisogna accertarsi è di non avere la vettura con iniettori PIEZOELETTRICI di marca SIEMENS wink.gif qua xo non dice come hai scritto te che sono solo siemens sui common rail ma possono essere anche bosch........cmq il codice e stampigliato sull iniettore o posso dedurlo in qualche altra maniera? Non sò se tramite scansione della centralina si riesca a sapere il loro codice, di sicuro andando con libretto della vettura alla mano in un qualsiasi autoricambi ben fornito ti dicono che iniettore monta la tua auto :D Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Sono TUTTI con INIETTORI PIEZOELETTRICI Bosch o Siemens indistintamente la sigla. Questi 6 , se equipaggiati con iniettori SIEMENS sono quelli che sono soggetti al problema iniettori. Per sapere se la Vostra vettura può presentare il problema con il libretto tagliandi andate in un Service VW e fatevi dire i ricambi, dalla sigla desumete se avete elettronica Bosch o Siemens... I successivi CBAA e CBAB hanno iniezione Common Rail con iniezione piezoelettrica con iniettori Siemens e Bosch... Possono essere difettosi anche loroe se gli iniettori appartengono alla serie incriminata... Gli iniettori SIEMENS difettosi hanno parte di ricambio CODICE 03G130073M per motore 170CV , X finale se già una volta rigenrati CODICE 03G130073D per motore 140CV, X finale se già una volta rigenrati Quindi anche 03G130073DX 03G130073MX QUESTO E' QUADRO SINOTTICO FATTO DA ME RISPETTO CILINDRATA, N°VALVOLE E DPF O MENO passat_3c.pdf Edited December 18, 2010 by variant110tdi Quote Link to post Share on other sites
