Versione completa: Problema Con Caricatore Panasonic Cx-dp1212n E Mfd

A quel punto l'MFD vede i cd (ne vede solo 6) e funziona correttamente.

The following applies to the original radios:
AUDI Chorus, Concert, Symphony, NAVI+
Volkswagen gamma 5, VOLKSWAGEN beta 5, VOLKSWAGEN MFD
... Who knows more??? For corrections and further information one asks!

Preface
My goal was to operate a CD Wechlser (CDC) particularly the Cx-dp9060 at the AUDI original radios Symphony and Navi+.
Since this unfortunately so smoothly did not run - expects how - this contribution is to give you to assistance and energize to it own experiences/information contribute.
All information without guarantee is natural.

Search in the InterNet:
For legal reasons I explain that I do not have influence on the linked Sites and me therefore from their contents clearly dissociate.
I:
http://www.meckisfaq.de/antworten/schaltpl..._cd_adapter.htm
The derivable wiring does not cover itself with the adapters with left II and III. besides here not entered with which CDC with the guidance can be adapted. Data for the allocation of the sockets and plugs here obviously refer to:
- front view of the DIN socket (not connection side)
- front view of the mini ISO of plug.

II:
http://www.fortunecity.de/hockenheim/corti...bel/adapter.htm
Here Bernd Rehberger gives a mad detailierte guidance for the building of an adaptor cable between the CDC socket before-installed with the Beetle and the DP9061 - only to DP9061 and definitely not DP9060!!

III:
http://www.beetstars.de/faq/schaltplan_panasonic9061.gif
Info. covers itself with II - likewise only for DP9061!

IV:

Thank you at Arndt, for this well made contribution. Therefore there is an adapter with the part number with VOLKSWAGEN Z 051,326, which makes the connection from the Volkswagen/cAudi radio to the Panasonic cable of the Cx-dp9060/9061. This is to function thus now for the DP9061 and finally also for the DP9060.
Arndt reequipped the adapter Z 051,326 of mini ISO on Beetle plugs. So it can attach this directly in the Beetle trunk to the existing CDC socket and saves shifting a cable of the radio into the trunk. There are unfortunately no info. for wiring.

Substantial realizations:
- DP9060 and DP9061 are not fully compatible regarding your control!
- the described wirings are completely passive and need therefore no active electronic construction units.

Fundamental
For the avoidance of mistakes, the pin designations of the plug/sockets are here defined as reference for this contribution.

On the way to the adaptation of the CDC I examined first the original Panasonic lead. The result finds it here. The used cable belonged to the scope of supply of a DP9060.
The signal names are the DP9061 entliehen, according to the information e.g. of Bernd Rehberger. This should fit into approximately, is
but certainly not completely.

... Who knows more???
1. Does it give different leads, or does use Panasonic only one type of cable for all CDC?
2. Does someone have information to the unbezeichneten (?) connections? Here connection wirings of other Panasonic CDC and in particular the DP9060 would be interesting.

The adapters
With pattern A a derived adapter is here characterized, which makes the enterprise possible of a DP9061 after information from II and III.
The pattern B places an example of an adapter (similar to VOLKSWAGEN: Z 051 326), the enterprise of DP9061 and DP9060 makes possible.

Result - adapters for DP9060 and DP9061:
The DP9060 needs additionally switching pluses on pin B of the DIN plug. This criterion fulfilled also the adapter of left I. however delivers these the switching plus exclusively there! Whether for DP9061 or DP9060 the so ok is, I did not try. Anyhow it obviously harms neither DP9060 nor DP9061, if switching plus on pin B and G lies close.
The adapter according to pattern A can by a simple bridge from pin G, which can be built in the DIN socket, after pin B to
"DP9060 and DP9061 universal adapter" to be extended.
My adapter for the Symphony corresponds to the pattern A with bridge from G to B.

Result - mass:
With the adapter according to pattern B the audio and DATA mass are united, which actually not is so mad! Panasonic and AUDI/Volkswagen leave both masses separate, in order to ensure an uncoupling of the sensitive similar NF signals from the steering TTL signals to.

A change on separate masses is however possible at little expenditure:
1. On side of the mini ISO plug the bonding to the DIN socket caps.
(the audio mass must be led naturally further to the Cinch sockets)
2. An additional braid to the pin H (DIN socket) attach and connection to the shielding make.
This can be led then separately from the DIN socket and be put on mass (e.g. TÃ¥/8 plug radio).

The adapter looks optical then, as in the illustration of left I.

Result - restrictions in functionality:
Since all adapters mentioned here are alike in principle, the restrictions valid for the Volkswagen adapter should apply spreading. For this a view of the enclosing note is recommended (left IV).

The experience with my DP9060 shows the following:
- against expectation random (Shuffle) functions with the Symphony so far problem-free. With the Navi+ the Shuffle attitude is however unfortunately ineffective.
- in activation of or with traffic announcements does not reset the radio automatically afterwards to the CDC rendition! Then the source selection must be operated manually.

With certain AUDI Concert, seems to be the allocation (or maximum stress) of the mini ISO different! Here the switching plus is to be separated not as otherwise by contact 17 by the contact 16 (with other radios Kl.30 - continuous pluses) to be gotten.

... Who knows more??? Who gained experiences with such adapters?

Locking references:
Particularly with my AUDI radios the solution is only satisfying, it must reductions in the originality and functionality (, random) be made. Perfectionists cannot be recommended therefore without reservation to use a Panasonic CDC (not original).
In particular with the Symphony and Navi+ the o are g. "Mute" problem disturbing.
With other radios however, this low-priced variant can represent a quite very recommendable alternative.
It remains positive noting that due to the identical housings the original assembly fixtures are usable.

Whether one builds oneself or finished buys an adapter, must decide everyone. First the Volkswagen adapter (conditions costs: February 2002) approx. 30 euro and is to be gotten problem-free with each VAG enterprise, if one bring along the o. g. part number .
With the more expensive adapters (75-100 euro) e.g. Conrad, Dietz I do not have experience.
Perhaps someone knows whether the o. g. function restrictions (, random) with these expensive parts are solved - otherwise it would have to spend no sense as much money more.

... Who knows more??? Who has experiences with such (active?) Adapters collected?

To the mini ISO contact springs still another reference:
With the bosch service I could get so far only the normal ISO size. (30 cent for each contact +16%, conditions February 2002.) Naturally the ISO size is here, where it concerns mini ISO, absolutely useless.
To orientation: An ISO contact measures about 3 x 4, mini ISO 2 x 3 in the cross section (in mm)!
Who does not sit at the source can itself through the purchase of a finished adapter stress, Lauferei and the risk of own errors save.
